The Comeback Community™ employee experience programme is designed to keep colleagues feeling confident, connected and cared for at a vulnerable point in their life and career. It’s about maintaining engagement and fortifying performance.
The programme blends 1:1 coaching and a packed online library of tools, expert advice videos and ‘how to’ articles, with line manager support, group coaching and timely nudges to access the full suite of resources throughout their whole leave and return journey.
The programme is underpinned by the Nine Needs of Leave framework and our research published in The Coaching Psychologist shows the lasting effects of comeback coaching.
From £1,500 + VAT, including three hours 1-1 coaching.
When an employee starts to plan their extended leave, they simply click through to the platform and create a profile, including their planned leave and return dates. Access to the resources starts immediately and continues for up to a year after they return.
We get in touch with your colleague within 48 hours to set up a 20 minute introductory call with one of our coaches. The purpose of the call is for your employee to get a feel for the coach; to tell the coach more about themselves and their role and to ask any questions they might have about coaching. If after the call the employee likes the sound of coaching but didn’t feel a good connection with the coach they spoke with, they can request another introductory call with a different coach.
We provide a coachee pack with information about the programme, answers to FAQs and our ethical code. This can sit on your intranet, and – if you request it – we’ll provide wording to introduce the Comeback Community™ employee experience programme to your people via your intranet and other internal comms channels.
This is Greg, he’s a Partner at Kilburn & Strode LLP, a firm we have worked with since 2018. The conversations we have with coachees returning to work are far-ranging – from the very personal to tricky leadership situations and business challenges.
There’s one thing all of the people we coach have in common: appreciation for their employer.
Appreciation that their return to work was recognised as a significant transition personally and professionally. Appreciation that our client, their employer, gifted them a confidential space to think, plan and problem-solve at a pivotal career moment.
Comeback coaching and the Comeback Community™ employee experience is just-in-time support that fortifies your people for the long-term.
