The Female Lead empowers women through stories and science and has 8.7 million followers across social media.

They dispel gender myths through research and data, sharing the stories of successful and inspirational women.

When founder, Edwina Dunn (the brilliant bright mind who invented the Tesco Clubcard) asked Jessica to be involved in the write-up and launch of their From Labour Ward to Labour Force research she said yes.

A global survey of 8,000 mothers revealed the difficult truth of returning to work after having a baby. Jessica produced content for the employer toolkit, press release and sat on the launch panel at Edelman (where she met MD Francesca Woodhouse, our fantastic guest on episode 101 of COMEBACK COACH).

Jessica frequently Chairs panel events, providing support and guidance on people and question selection, preparing panellists, and helping them shine on the day. She’s hosted and chaired at Jupiter Asset Management, Federated Hermes, AXA XL and RBS to name a few. Designing and facilitating a session to flush out the challenges dads face

Longstanding client ITV knows we love their “we were wondering if….” ideas. This was a focus group we ran to flush out what’s happening with dads and taking shared parental leave.
