To help you get into the right back-to-work mindset and facilitate a smooth transition, we offer both 1:1 coaching and group workshops. This type of specialist coaching is very different from that offered by a line manager or mentor, but can often be made available through your employer.
Facilitated by a specialist in this area, your sessions will provide you with a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space where you can work through your concerns, rebuild confidence and remember your strengths. We’ll help you identify the blockers and issues that could be holding you back, and work with you to develop a practical action plan for a truly satisfying and successful return to work.
